One packet (500 ml) contains 40 grams of carbohydrates. To be used before, during, and/or after activity.

INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the contents of each packet with 500 ml of water and shake vigorously until the product is completely dissolved. Be sure to achieve the correct ratio for the hydrogel technology to deliver all its benefits. This product is designed to be mixed with water containing a calcium content below 40 mg/l, as higher levels could make dissolution more challenging. The sports drink should be consumed a few minutes before, during, and/or directly after the activity.

ENERGY QUANTITY: Studies have shown that our bodies can utilize up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One packet of Drink Mix 160, mixed with 500 ml of water, contains 40 grams of carbohydrates.

HOW IT WORKS: The Drink Mix 160 blend has been developed using hydrogel technology*. When mixed with water, you get a sports drink with a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The sports drink immediately transforms into hydrogel upon encountering the stomach's acidity.
