INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the contents of each packet with 500 ml of water and shake well until the product is completely dissolved. Be cautious to achieve the correct ratio for the hydrogel technology to deliver its full benefits. This product is designed to be mixed with water containing calcium levels below 40 mg/l, as higher levels might hinder dissolution. Consume the sports drink a few minutes before, during, and/or directly after activity.
