From a technical perspective, conventional gels typically consist of a simple mixture of water and carbohydrates, mixed with syrups frequently containing artificial flavors and preservatives. However, the GEL 100 stands out in a radical way. It is based on a biopolymer matrix containing a proprietary blend of fructose and glucose in a ratio of 0.8:1, which allows absorption of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

GEL 100 was developed using natural hydrogel technology and six natural ingredients. It contains no coloring or preservatives, and is packaged in 40 g sachets, containing 60% carbohydrates, thus ensuring a high weight/energy ratio.
