Made of ultra-thin thermoplastic polyurethane, they combine waterproofness, durability, and low weight. Lighter and less bulky than butyl or latex options, they also offer excellent rolling resistance, comparable to tubeless systems.

Recommendations for use :

  • This Continental TPU inner tube should not be used with rim brakes, as excessive heat exposure can deteriorate the materials. Appropriate rim tape must be used to avoid damaging the TPU tube
  • When installing, the tube should not be inflated to more than 0.3 bar, as initial overinflation can stretch the tube and render it unusable
  • Also, ensure that the valve hole in the rim is the correct diameter
  • Finally, note that this Continental TPU inner tube cannot be reused with a smaller tire. If you install a tire of a different size, it is recommended to use a new room as a precaution
