Precision Fuel PH 1000 Electrolyte Hydration Tablets

Precision Fuel’s low-calorie effervescent electrolyte tablets come in three strengths to match your individual sweat profile and exercise conditions:

• PH 500 – Designed for low to moderate sweat and sodium losses.
• PH 1000 – Designed for moderate to high sweat and sodium losses, or exercise in hotter/humid conditions.
• PH 1500 – Very strong, ideal for heavy or salty sweaters and those aiming to start well hydrated and maintain hydration during intense exercise.

All tablets are designed to enhance water absorption, are hypotonic for faster uptake, and provide a mild, citrus-based flavour to reduce taste fatigue.
