DESCRIPTION

Gatosport is the best breakfast or replacement meal your body can have before starting an effort or on a full-day competition. Gatosport is a product from organic farming.

1/3 Organic Gatosport provides all the necessary energy before your effort.
Very easily digested, Gatosport can be consumed only an hour before the start of the effort.
Gatosport is easily prepared and consumed. It contributes to compensate stress-induced hypoglycaemias.
Can also be used during physical exertion (long-distance events).

USE

Pour the contents of the box of Gatosport Muffin, add 250 ml of water, mix everything then pour the content into the 9 paper molds included. Bake 25 min in a 6/7 thermostat oven (180/200°C)

Eat 1/3 to 1/2 a cake slowly, by finishing about 1 hour before the start of the effort.

Ideal breakfast or meal between two competitions of the same day.

Gatosport should be eaten on its own or eventually with a small cup of tea or coffee (without milk) as it provides all the necessary energy before your effort.

The cake can be prepared up to 4 days before utilization. Once baked the remaining portions can be frozen (never refroze a defrosted product).

Made in a workshop that uses: egg, soy, nuts, celery, sulfites
