3. What methods of payment do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB, American Express). We also accept Paypal, direct bank wire payments, and certified check payment.

4. What is the exchange procedure on an item that I just received ?

If you wish to exchange for a different size/style, log into your account and make a request to return the product.

Once the application is approved, please return the unused product in the condition you received it with original packaging (if existing) and all tags attached to :

Thanks for joining to this return your invoice, information about the return. Upon receipt of your package, a full refund would be made.
Once it has been processed, place a brand new order for your new item. It is the fastest and easiest way if you want another item in exchange.

5. What is the quickest way to receive my order ?

All orders received before 3pm (French time) are processed and shipped the same day as far as possible depending on the products and outside working hours (weekends and holidays) (no strike, no orders too big in number the day before and the next morning to be treated properly, or in case of a product's temporary unavailability...). The delivery time also depends on the payment method selected, those by credit card (PayPal, PayBox) are faster than by check.

6. You want a product that does not appear on our site ?

For special requests about the brands we distribute, we can check the availability of the desired items. Do not hesitate to ask us.

7. How do I get discount coupon codes ?

By subscribing to our newsletter or joining us on social networks (Facebook, Twitter) you will receive all our latest special offers, promotions and discount codes during promotional operations.

In addition, each Cycles and Sports customer has the ability to convert loyalty points into a voucher. Your loyalty is well thanked.

To benefit, go to your Cycles and Sports account, My Account > My loyalty points. The discount code must be placed in the appropriate field “Vouchers” during the checkout process on your next order. The discount will be automatically applied.

8. What method of shipping do you use ?

The ordered goods will be shipped through La Poste - Colissimo post (french post). At the end of the order process you will receive a message with the tracking number of the package.

9. Do you ship abroad and what’s the delivery period and the shipping fees?

We ship all over the world.

Delivery is ensured by Colissimo International service. Affranchissement is done by weight, maximum mailing 30 kilos.
Indicative  period for delivery within 3-8 business days.

Delivery is guaranteed to 18 destinations : Austria, Belgium, Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Korea South and Singapore.

To know the shipping fees,  create an account, place items in the basket and going to cart the delivery costs will be indicated (“Total shipping (tax incl.) line”). At this step, you can still cancel your order.
