To prepare 6 organic protein pancakes:

• Pour 60g of organic protein pancake mix into a salad bowl or shaker.
• Add 60ml of milk or vegetable drink (almond, hazelnut, rice, etc.) + 1 egg.
• Mix well with a whisk or a shaker until the batter is smooth.
